I’m passionate about property and get total satisfaction from doing a job properly. I enjoy the whole process of generating design ideas, submitting the plans and transferring those paper plans into a finished build.
It's important to me that the final result fulfils all the original objectives and is finished to an exceptionally high standard.
I have an NVQ Level 3 for design and drafting from the ECITB giving me excellent skills in understanding and extracting information from engineering drawings and specifications, and over 20 years in problem solving.
As well as an in-depth general knowledge of construction and the practical skills to back this up. I'm heavily in to carpentry and spend the majority of my time renovating properties, whether that be simple bathroom updates or a modern kitchen installation.
When I'm not improving my skills watching YouTube channels such as SkillBuilder, I can be found at trade shows and self build exhibitions.
So yes... you could say I'm crazy about construction!
