Foundations and building of a home office/workshop

The project included:

• Marking out the area and constructing the shuttering.
• Excavating and removing soil from the site.
• Filling and compacting of MOT type 1 sub-base.
• 25mm sand covered by a damp proof membrane.
• Steel reinforcement of the 4.2m x 3.2m foundation.
• Laying the concrete base, levelling and floating the finished surface.
• Constructing the timber office building/workshop. ​
